110000 euro for best ev range .Im already at Merc dealership to buy one, and there are thousands of people waiting in line with me to buy it.
JotaPB, 15 Mar 2024Do you realize that this test was done in Winter? And we are actually still in Winter in Europ... moreIam doing EV drive every friday 700km
trust me, on German highways iam counting every km out of battery i can so driving for 3 hours means 380km for me before first really needed break... and i can not deplete it fully I still need 10% buffer so for me real EV cars starts at 420km range in 130kmph in 0 degrees

Also 6 of those models have been revised and have longer range now.
So all of them are way over 300kms. Nobody should drive more than that in one go. So you drive 300 to 400kms depending on your car. Plug the car. Go take a leak and drink something come back it's back to 80% after 20 mins. And that's for rare over 300kms trip that Europeans do once or twice a year. For daily use you wake up it's topped up. For cheap. The extra room and power for the same segment is also a big plus for everyone with half a brain.
Anonymous, 16 Feb 2024where is xiaomi ? xiaomi su7 wins 800km look for your three letters
You'll really see how shape is most important when Aptera comes out and puts down 1000 miles.

Paid article. Where's Lucid Air? Model S? Not even in the list.
German people, please spend money on real building better and efficient Cars. Don't waste money on Articles.
Now imagine real life situation: winter and 130km/h... you won't even go 200km in these "cars" and winter charging is super slow. Basically you will drive for 1.5h and then 1.5h charging. It's ridiculous. EVs are scam.
How Genesis G80 does 19kwh/100km and ioniq6 - 22
I am shocked, if that efficiency is true, for 69k eur car, I can buy G80 - luxury car with efficiency top dog.
im 50 now
my bladder wont hold for much more than 2hrs driving
so dosent matter how far they go
its how fast they charge
20min would give me enough time to strech n stuff
We have the Long Range AWD Ioniq 6 WITH 18" wheels and I find your numbers a little high. Did you test with the 20" wheels??? That's a 15% range hit right there. We have put about 7000 miles on our Ioniq 6. Unfortunately we don't have any roads where you can LEGALLY cruise at 130 km/hr but at 120 km/hr we got an average of @17.5 kWh/100km. Your test result at 130 km/hr was 22.2 kWh/100km which is quite a jump. Of course on the one highway here in BC, Canada, where you can do 120 km/hr that was an average as a lot of the time we were at or close to 130 and at other times less than 120 because of traffic or construction. But, overall, with ALL of our highway driving we are averaging about 320 miles per full charge at around an average speed of 95 km/hr with of course periods of much faster speed and periods of much slower speed as we meander through the many towns on our highways. That's 14.3 kWh/100km (74 kWh usable batt). Good car, good drive, and good range.
I would still prefer PHEV like Li auto. Customers in China seems to prefer that much more than pure EVs, sales numbers dont lie.
Having owner Tesla Model 3 LR and Mustang Mach E-GT I can tell you there is no chance Mustang can do the claimed range. On the other hand Model 3 seems worst than real life. I can easily do 280km @140km/h with 90-20% battery.

MK, 09 Jun 2023Oh, model S wins of course. https://www.motor.no/bil/rekkeviddetesten-sommeren-2023/249773 ... moreHey MK - not misleading, AutoBild simply used cars available at the time on the market, Model S used to be available in Europe, then it was gone for years only to come back this year. We could say the same about Lucid Air - it beats Model S hands down and yet wasn't included in the test - simply because at the time it wasn't on sale.
Oh, model S wins of course.

AutoBild is misleading.
