current cooper SE can go up to 155kph which is way too slow for a sports car. ICE variant cooper S can go up to 240kph with similar power! EVs lack sportive engine noise and agile light weight chassis. EV cars have lots of shoes to fill if they will be replacements for the existing models especially in sportcars category.
