Cadillac Celestiq come to take on Bentley and Rolls-Royce Comments

As a Caddy owner myself (STS) I'll be the first to say this car is NO competition to Rolls, Bentley or the Maybach ! Maybe BMW, Audi and Mercedes, IF they build it right ! I've driven a Rolls Phantom and there is no car in the world that competes with it, why do you think the Bentley Mulsanne was discontinued ?! If Caddy makes this car, I don't see them getting people to pay more than $100K for it !

I'm my opinion both cars look very different, just look the third pillar! Cadillac is more angular, etc. Should check your eyes before commenting.

In the US that is still a huge issue, franchise laws are prohibiting direct sales but like you said - dealers are taking advantage of customers and it can't be left unchecked. People are fed up with paying double the RRP just because the dealer can't control its greed, Ford is already dishing out fines for those who don't follow the rules - it's a small step but in the right direction. By the time this car comes to market, the situation may be a bit different ;)

but as usual t heir dealer network will snatch defeat from the jaws if victory by charging outrageous premiums and idiotic dealer fees.
the dealer agreement and state franchise laws do not prohibit gm from limiting allocations from dealers who take advantage of the consumer.
