My children are looking forward to the charging time during long roadtrips to play the Air Console games in our BMW. That's a great feature, not a gimmick. Similarly watching series episodes would be very amusing. I am no sure how whole movie fit in though, 20-25 Min charging time is not enough and with new battery techs it will get shorter. Maybe for the two times a year we are waiting to get on a ferry...

Incredible useless features! Producers are becoming mad day by day.
Some weeks ago I had a chance to be in an 30 year old Mercedes. More comfortable than a similar car made 5 years ago. Look at what suspension an old Citroen had compared to the today "advanced" vehicles they produce. A lot of useless gimmicks that makes cars expensive, unreliable

We would rather choose safe battery chemistry and affordable car prices. People can play anything on mobile and mirror it to the screen. These are the features only sales and marketing want.

I have been looking for that one person who watches movies in their parked car.
What's the point? Going to camp - enjoy the camp, not movies in the car. Waiting to pick someone - movies are too long for that. A true definition of gimick.
