So 820km CLTC is 641km WLTP or 398.3 miles.
Real life range will depend on how high your average speed will be.
The faster you go the less distance you will travel before needing to recharge.

The CLTC-P testing takes 30 minutes with a distance of 14.48 km (9.00 mi).
WLTP(WLTC class 3) also takes 30 minutes but the distance is 23.266km.
Compared to the WLTP adopted in Europe, the CLTC involves more frequent stops, accelerations, decelerations, and simulates urban traffic congestion with a lower speed limit of 114 km/h(71 mph).
CLTC-P's average speed is 28.96km/h but WLTP has 46.42km/h, so no wonder It has a longer range.
