Tesla Model 3 Highland spotted on the road once again, this time in Germany

It seems like the Tesla Model 3 facelift, also known as Project Highland, is right on track for the rumored September release. Some pre-production vehicles have been spotted all around the world and more recently in China.

A few days ago, though, one was spotted on Germany's Autobahn with a full camo and number plates indicating that this is indeed a finalized vehicle. The license plates it uses are issued to a workshop, dealer or manufacturer.

Given that Tesla is testing the Model 3 in Germany, it's possible that the European launch will coincide with the Chinese release in September. Reportedly, the Shanghai factory is already pumping out Model 3s.
