There aren't enough electric station wagons in this world and it looks like BMW ìs finally ready to do something about it. In a short teaser video posted on X, the company revealed its plans to release an i5 Touring, a station wagon version of the BMW i5 we just reviewed.

The teaser video isn't very revealing, but from what we could gather, the overall design won't change much, coming from the sedan version. Even the taillights seem identical to those on the sedan version. There's no change to the lighting signature despite the different back design on the wagon.
Less surprisingly, the same goes for the front, where the headlights mirror the ones on the standard i5. Or at least as best as we can tell looking from the side.
The teaser video ends with "coming soon" without giving a date, but we'll be on the lookout for more clues and keep you posted.
