The 2025 BMW iX3 is one of the most hotly-anticipated upgrades this year as the original model dates back to 2021. The first rumors about the refreshed iX3 surfaced back in 2023 and the initial launch time frame was set for July 2025, but it may come slightly sooner. We spotted the alleged iX3 on the streets of Munich, Germany, and by the looks of the vehicle it may break cover pretty soon.
Of course, the iX3 was wrapped in camo, so it's kind of hard to distinguish all the design changes. The headlights adopt thicker LED lines for daytime running lights. It's hard to tell from these pictures, but the grille is somewhat smaller too.
The taillights have also been revamped. They keep relatively the same styling, but instead of forming an oval shape, they are now straight, aggressive-looking LED strips. Also, we can't see the fake exhausts at the bottom of the bumper.
We also got a blurry shot of part of the interior, giving us a glimpse of the central infotainment screen running the new Panoramic Vision interface.
While Europe is set to get the new iX3 sooner rather than later, the rest of the world will have to wait for about a year, as the iX3 is scheduled for a global release sometime next year, at least for now.
