Those of you keeping in touch with the smartphone market probably know Meizu. After it recently got acquired by Geely, the brand is increasingly being associated with electric cars as well. After launching its Flyme Auto for hooking up to cars' infotainment systems, the brand is about to release its very own EV as well.
In a short Weibo post, Meizu revealed the name of its car, DreamCar MX, and said the vehicle will be unveiled in Q1 2024. It will, of course, run on Meizu's Flyme software. However, the teaser doesn't give up much information besides the release time frame.
As the name DreamCar MX implies, the vehicle will be customized with the help of the Meizu community. The company will leave many of details, including paint and interior color, for the community to pick. In a sense, it's going to be the first car in mass production to feature crowd-sourced design details.
Geely's involvement in the project is probably leading and since the Chinese company also owns Polestar, the collaboration between Meizu and Polestar may bring some benefits too.
the question is can u afford your so called 'garbage' i am afraid u cant even afford the car s door handle ?
