It's finally time for Alfa Romeo to unveil its first EV. The brand has so far employed a drip-by-drip teaser release strategy, unveiling the name first, then showing it to us in camouflage, and then finally revealing the official launch date - which is today.
The Milano is called Milano because Alfa Romeo was founded in Milan, Italy, and Milano is the Italian word for the city. The brand wants to go back to its roots, as it were, while reinventing itself for the electric era. The unveiling of the Alfa Romeo Milano will be live streamed below starting at 5 PM CEST, which is 4 PM UK time, 3 PM GMT, 11 AM EST, and 8 AM PT.
We're not entirely sure how much information the event will give us about the car, as car makers are generally very keen on having multiple unveilings each revealing a bit more, but we should at least get a good look at it. And, given Alfa's past, we are expecting it to be a looker for sure.
