A few days ago Zeekr announced that it's going to unveil its first ever sedan, the Zeekr 007, on November 17 (a huge missed opportunity to do it on November 7, we think, but anyway, let's not digress).
Today the brand's official global X account shared the images you can see below, which pretty much give away the entirety of the car's looks - and we're not complaining, since it does look stunning.
The 007 has LiDAR technology, as is obvious by the sensors sitting up top. This will be the first time a Zeekr features LiDAR, although the popularity of LiDAR in the Chinese EV market has been growing and growing recently.
Zeekr delivered 13,077 vehicles in October with a significant year-on-year increase, and its ambitions for the whole of 2023 are to reach 140,000 deliveries - with 24,000 of those coming in November and another 24,000 in December. The 007 will be central to achieving the goal and we're wondering whether Zeekr can at some future point release a special James Bond edition, given the name. Probably won't happen, but how cool would it be if it did?
Anyway, Zeekr is a subsidiary of Chinese auto giant Geely, and the brand was launched back in 2021 with the Zeekr 001. Following it up came the Zeekr 009 and the Zeekr X. And now, the Zeekr 007 is almost ready to join the stable. Stay tuned and we'll bring you more information about it when we have it.
